Do any of your hot/cold packs plug in or use batteries?
No. Every pack and wrap we sell is non-electric, with no cord or plug. Use and care details for each one are confirmed at fulfillment.
Are the first-aid kits already stocked?
The Zip Pouch Kit, the Hard-Case Kit and the Wall-Mount Supply Cabinet are shown packed with supplies. The duffel, the locking cabinet, the carousel, the cart and the bins are shown without supplies in them. Each product page says which is which.
Can I refill a kit with your individual items?
Yes. The bandage tin, gauze set, tape rolls and tool set are sold on their own, so you can top up any kit or drawer when it runs low.
How do I care for the sleeves and wraps?
Care details are confirmed at fulfillment. Contact customer service if you would like them before you order.
Do the cabinets come with mounting hardware?
Mounting details for both cabinets are confirmed at fulfillment. Contact customer service before ordering if you need them in advance.
Do you sell electronic or measuring items?
No. We sell plain supplies, non-electric packs and organizers only.
What do your product descriptions cover?
What each product's photo shows. Our products are designed for everyday comfort and organization, and any personal questions are best taken to your own care provider.
Can I order more than five of one item?
Each order is limited to five of any single item. If you need more, place a second order.
How much is shipping, and how fast will my order arrive?
Free shipping on every order, with no shipping fee and no handling fee. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
What is your refund policy?
